On this little old table I painted it with my favorite opps paint that I also used on my server here. The stencil I used for the top is the one I received from Cutting Edge Stencils, this is the stenciled I used for the boys bathroom.
the before

I distressed the top using my handy sander and the edges with sandpaper and sanding blocks. I finished it off with some wax.
The stencil I picked came with a single stencil along with the wall and top edge stencil. I used the single on this table.
See my old little tykes radio toy? I just the how its made from wood.
I hand painted the outline of the stencil design with a small craft brush and a dark shade of gray.
I enjoy painting small pieces with a pop of color.
On the other note this weekend we are doing a big three day yard-sale at my guys parents because they live on the main road and we did extremely well today and got rid of stuff...with was much needed. I do wish I went to the beach today but there will be plenty of days for that.
Tuesday I'm back to work...in my studio that is. Our next show for Sowa is June 10th so I need to work on more items.
Have a great weekend and enjoy the holiday!
