This time for our second show it was a lot more fun and a lot less stress. We were in a better location and it wasn't as hot. We even had 4 hours to set up and finish pricing items.
Our set up was different then our first time at the Sowa
. We hid our check out table in the corner. My sister Liz built that cool table in the back to display some of her items.
I just love that my sister's ceramics go so well with my furniture.
I sold that little oval mirror with a shelf right away.
Here is the table my sister built. Her succulents were her best seller. The large mirror was painted black and I used paint stripper to remove all the paint and stained it in dark walnut.
I made pillows for this show and I used down like pillow forms made in the Georgia. The orange one sold. The other will be on my Etsy shop soon.
Here is my Herringbone Nightstand
. This pillow is my favorite, a light pink and green ikat print. My sister made the cloche terrarium the bird.
My bicycle step stool
sold also. The stenciled table is on hold at the moment but it will go on my etsy shop if it doesn't fall through.
my sister found this old door window that already had the cup hooks in it. It made a fabulous mug display.
here are some of the towels I made. They all sold by noon. I should of made more!
I made more of the bicycle embroidery hoops. I sold the smaller ones and I also made a few more with different fabrics. I made sets of three of my numbered clay tags.
Here is another embroidery hoop with this fun black and white print of trees. I made a pillow cover but decided to keep it for myself.
This plane shelf has been made over for some time now....I kind of forgot about it. This is such a cute shelf for a child's room.
I cant wait till our next show which wont be until September but this gives me enough time to paint more things, make more towels and bring the items I forgot to bring Sunday....my clay knobs, my chalkboard tags and few other smaller items.
I also want to enjoy the summer with the kids and our vacations we have plan. Oh and start working on our bedroom! I'm going to finish up on the laundry piles today and start clearing out our room and filling holes. I can't wait to paint it.
I party here
