I was super excited when Purdy contacted me to review some new products. I chose a new line of brushes as one of them. I've been using only Purdy since I started painting. As I always listen to my dad who insisted on it.
I chose the XL™ Elite™ Glide™ brush 2.5 chinex/polyester blend.
perfect for all paints and stains
This is what Purdy has to say about this line of brushes
"Engineered with the highest quality Dupont solid, round, tapered Chinex and Orel polyester Purdy is proud to introduce a brush that has ultimate performance and versatility. With flagged and tipped filaments, XL Elite brushes perform well with all paints, especially high solid, low VOC paints and heavy-bodied latex coatings which can be difficult to apply smoothly. When the job is complete the premium filaments make clean up quick and easy"
Since I was painting my mudroom I new a new brush would be perfect. It did a perfect job for cutting in. Especially that where the wall meets the ceiling is uneven in our house and he have no trim so its not easy to keep a straight line.
The brush did wonders while cutting in between the wall and the built in computer station.
I truly have nothing negative to say about this new brush and can't wait to try it on furniture. I also love that Purdy's brushes are made in the USA.
Thank you Purdy for giving me this opportunity.
while painting I by mistake got paint on my nose...not sure how but though it would be fun to share this moment with you...and the weird look on my face.
And once again the completed mudroom.
