This really is the perfect little card display I whipped up in about 2 hours including letting the paint dry.
I have a variety of old frames in my studio and most are being saved for chalkboards. I needed a display for my cards that basically cost no money. So I decided to either string wire or use dowels and small not mini clothespins. It worked out really well with the dowels. I used skinny ones and cut to fit snug where the glass would sit. I used wood glue and glued them into place. Once that dried I used a staple gun and stapled them.
I actually think I will make some to sell because when I was at The Vintage Bazaar I had a few people ask if it was for sale. I also think when its time to show of Christmas cards this will be useful.
I have many new pieces of furniture to share and new pieces I just picked up. I'm working hard on getting these new items painted for the Sowa which is this Sunday.
I also can't wait to share our set up at The Vintage Bazaar but I need to share those makeovers first.
