Here is the hall or sofa table I painted weeks ago using Old Fashioned Milk Paint.
This table makes a great writing desk also.
I really love this color, its called Sea Green. Its a nice dark and rich shade.
I often get carried away and remembered I forgot to take a before photo. Here it is in the process of being painted. Basically this table was dark and basic. The best part about this table is the legs can be removed easily and its made in America.
I didn't heavily distress this piece. I did however love how the paint turned out. This was my first time using milk paint. I love that its all natural. I also use Daddy Van's Furniture Beeswax.
The best part about the paint is its made about an hour and a half away from me so when I ordered it online I received it the next day.
The globe was a recent gift for me from my sister, she bought it at The Vintage Bazaar. I love the colors.
Here is the table set up at the bazaar. I still need to share the rest of the photos but I wanted to share this table first.
This chalkboard is my next favorite one from the old door chalkboard I share recently. This was a mirror.
I knew it would be great for a chalkboard with the ledge to hold the chalk.
I used a oil based spray primer and coated it very well. I used a light oops paint gray for the frame.
I thought this jewelry holder made a cute display.
This table is still for sale.
Tomorrow I will be announcing the winner for the $50 to Shutterfly
I will be sharing this makeover at some awesome link parties. Check out my party page here.
