Simple Spring Mantel

 Here is my spring mantel.

I decided to keep it simple this spring and everything I used I had in the house.
Which is usually how I do it every year.

I spray painted this candle-holder white. I cut the candles so they were shorter and hot glued them to fit. I even stamped butterflies and a design on them.
I finished it off with a bee clay tag.

The mason jar was painted white inside. I used the pom pom flowers from last spring's mantel and tied a clay tag around it.

I made the circle bunting in colors I'll be using for the kid's party in April. This way I can just keep this up for the party.

The chalkboard is my favorite part of the mantel. Technically it was a mirror that was meant for a dresser but the piece holding it was broken so I took it off and I primed it and painted it to use for the house.

I think it will stay up all summer and I can easily draw something different on it.

So this is my spring mantel.....happy spring!
