This was just a quick makeover with this sweet little antique chair that I painted in between the secretary desk and the hall table. I decided to add some blue to the base and kept the top a light gray. I was going to go with a darker top but I decided to keep it light.
The chair has many dings and bumps from old age so I love distressing over those areas.
Have you ever notice antique chairs are much smaller then ones today. Every time I get very old chairs they seem perfect for children or small desk areas.
I brought the chair to my booth. I'm now working on a antique hutch, oval coffee table and slowly working on our wood kitchen table to sell. That one is going to require a good amount of time to sand.
Also check back to my shop news section for a new post on some of my smaller items in the booth as well!
I'm even still fixing a few things around here on the website...like adding links to the photos on my portfolio and making it easier to find my old projects.
