The Vintage Bazaar 2014 Spring show has come and gone. Its actually been a few weeks since the show and I've been enjoying a vacation at home with the kids. So today I'm sharing some photos from the show. All the furniture that was painted is new and I did not get photos of anything before and will share more detail of the pieces in the next post.
The weekend was absolutely perfect weather. It was warm but not humid and not overwhelming. We didn't have any storms only nice breezes. Most of these photos were taken before we finished setting up.
I had items from vintage, industrial, painted furniture to handmade goods. Some of the handmade items included hand block printed pillow covers with designs hand carved by me. Mini felt banners and cotton Massachusetts banners also made by me.
All the painted furniture was painted with Benjamin Moore paints. I used this large antique rug to make the space more homey. I actually love it so much I want to try to use it in my home. More handmade items were my flour sack towels that were a stencil technique and block printed.
For decorations I made mini paper buntings to hang above. I made block printed fabric buntings also.
Here are the banners and the vintage wrought iron patio set I brought and sold the last day.
I will be sharing more about the furniture next. Most of the unsold items are or will be in my booth at Crompton Collective.
