Vintage Bazaar 2014 { part 2 }

Here is my favorite piece I did for the show. This black dresser was painted in Universal Black by Benjamin Moore. I had plans on distressing it all over but once I finished painting it I loved how the wood carved detail showed through so I kept it as is. The glass pulls are not that old but were taken off a dresser that was not in good shape.

Here is the before of the dresser

This fun nightstand I painted the inside a coral Tangerine Dream ( 2012-30 ) and the outside is in Covington Gray also by Benjamin Moore. I used a antique glass pull on this piece.

Here is the before of the nightstand.

When I first saw this I thought it was desk and the top opens up for storage but at the show everyone said it was a vanity. Well I guess it could be both because you could fit a small laptop or make up inside. I still have this in storage and think I will add a mirror to the inside. For some reason I can't remember the color name but will add it when I look at the paint can. The inside was painted in Dove White by Benjamin Moore.

Here is the before. The paint was chipped all over and it wasn't a good paint job. I did reuse the glass knobs.

This two piece hutch/dresser was painted in Covington Gray also by Benjamin Moore. I really wanted fun knobs for this piece but had no time to order some. I ended up using the originals.

This next piece I'm sharing is called a Demi-Loo table. The top opens up and a leg can pull to the side for the table to become round. I completely forgot to get a picture of it open. I painted it in Dove White. I heavily distressed it. I wanted a chippy shabby look. Especially showing off the lovely detail.

Here is the before. You can see how it opens up.

I still have a few more photos I want to share. Its taking me forever just to complete a post. I'm currently just doing some work around the house and hanging out with the kids. Summer goes by so fast. I really want to enjoy it. I have furniture and smalls set aside to keep my booth at Crompton Collective full for the summer.

I also will be opening my etsy shop back up in September and will be adding some towels and maybe a few other things. So it will be a little different.
